Rental Agreement

DRAFT — pending legal review. By booking, the guest agrees to occupy the home only for the reserved dates, not to exceed the listed maximum occupancy, to follow the House Rules, and to leave the home in the condition it was found. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. The registered guest must be at least the age required by the owner and is responsible for all members of the party.
