Cancellation Policy

DRAFT wording — policy terms are final. • 30 or more days before check-in: 100% refund of the accommodation amount. • 7 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation amount. • Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund of the accommodation amount. • 24-hour grace period: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and the booking was made at least 7 days before check-in. Applicable taxes are refunded in proportion to the refunded amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
